INTERMEDIATE CLASS

My intermediate classes are lot more intense than your average intermediate class.... Intermediate class starts with 3 rounds of kabalabati, then 5 to 10 mins of alternate nostril breathing. 22 rounds of sun salutation ( 22 left, 22 right) warm the body for the postures. Lots of warrior postures and triangular postures are followed by some balancing postures. Head stand and variations including scorpion followed .
